Diego usually speaks very fast and it's hard to understand him, but he's a cool guy. His "goal" is to party at the drop of a hat and he will have a fiesta for anything. Once, at a stoplight, Diego had a fiesta when the light turned green. The weird thing is that trumpet music accompanies him whenever he has a fiesta. If you're lucky, he'll throw a fiesta for you when you're hangin' with him next time.
