Ref is a bit of a goodie two shoes and a tattle taler. He is always trying to catch someone doing something that they shouldn't be doing. The interesting thing is that Ref can't speak. He communicates with hand signals, sign language and various "whistles". Be careful, he'll catch you too when you're not looking, so you better be good when he's around.
